Shipping & Returns

All successful orders placed will be processed between 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Shipments are sent by Australia post or DHL once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
 
Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary express shipping on all Australian orders.
Australian orders are dispatched via Australia post using their express services.
 
International Shipping
Shipping is $80 AUS
 
International orders are dispatched via DHL Express.
 
All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address in the shipping information upon checkout.
 
All international taxes, customs fees, and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and will be charged by the courier once the parcel arrives in the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
 
Please note that we are unable to estimate or cover these costs and do not offer compensation or reimbursement for any customs-related charges. If the recipient refuses to pay the applicable taxes or duties, the parcel will be returned and original shipping charges plus any import and return shipping fees will be deducted from a refund. 
 
Returns
As we sell pre-loved goods we are unable to accept returns. Signs of wear or flaws are noted for each garment as accurately as can be. If you have any queries before purchasing we advise you contact us prior to placing your order.
